Previously, Gail served as President and CEO of the YMCA of Central Kentucky in Lexington. She has also worked with the YMCA of Greater Saint Louis in a variety of senior leadership roles in addition to leading several annual campaigns as large as $5 million and capital campaign programs as big as $100 million.

Gail has served as the Chairperson for the North American YMCA Development Organization (NAYDO) Council and as an adjunct professor at Rice University’s Continuing Education. She has also served on Board of Directors and committee roles with Girl Scouts, Pi Kappa Phi PUSH America, SOAR, and Rotary.
