Prof. Darryl Allen has more than 20 years of success in managing high-profile projects for clients including U.S. federal agencies, municipalities and educational entities. His clientele has included national financial institutions, nonprofits and small- to medium-sized businesses within niche markets.
Among his clients have been The Institute for Museum and Library Services, the Berwyn Township Health Department and Evanston/Skokie School District, both in Illinois, and the University of Cincinnati.
He has taught at the University of Cincinnati and currently manages project implementation initiatives for Clemson University’s Olweus Program and Golden Gate Academy’s Education-Incubator.
Notable deliverables that he developed include Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America’s Teen Mentoring Model and JPMorgan-CHASE’s Executive Mentoring Program.
He is a senior fellow at the C.A.R.E.S Learning Partnership, an organization with the vision to create a worldwide network dedicated to helping people serve as restorative leaders and bring hope to their community.
Darryl also co-authored the American Library Association’s® Mentoring Best Practices Model for member librarians.
